In November, I contracted with the Anchorage Coalition to End Homelessness to liaise between landlord partners and the coalition to ensure that those partners' needs were met, conduct rental market analysis, and conduct outreach to new potential landlord partners on behalf of the Coalition. 

As of this month, the Coalition has housed 17 people, and its highly motivated to meet its goal of housing 150 people by April, 2024.  The Next Step Pilot needs additional units, however.  If you or someone you know has a rental that will become available during the coming months, please contact SKB Real Estate for more information or visit the Coalition website directly.
